The paper presents the development of method thermoelectric system reliability indexes control for providing thermal modesof radio electronic equipment, based on coolers medium temperature variation. A mathematical model investigating influence environment variation performance a single-cascade cooler at given level cooling, load, geometry thermoelement branches different characteristiccurrent operating modes is considered. results calculations basic parameters, indices, dynamic characteristicsand analysis dependences are revealing peculiarities processes.
